  • What is your return policy?

    Customers have up to 30 days from purchase date to contact info@kismet-jewels.com and begin their return. If eligible, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. All items must be returned in original condition, packaging, and receipt. Refunds will begin when the product has been shipped. We do not offer exchanges.

  • What is your warranty?

    2 years from date of purchase we will happily cover your piece if any damages to workmanship of the jewelry occur. Our manufacturers create sustainable long lasting pieces but we understand things happen!
    Please keep in mind this does not include daily wear and tear; scratches, broken chains/bent rings, improper use/storage.

  • What are jewelry pieces made with?

    At Kismet we use all real gemstones, 925 sterling silver, and 3 microns of gold to acheive a vermeil standard. Although we are confident our jewelry will not tarnish we understand things happen! Which is why we have a 2 year warranty in place, just reach out!
